You are entitled to a refund if there is a problem with the service provided or your issue was not resolved.
Domains cannot be returned after purchase.
If you have purchased a forum setup package or similar service and are unhappy with the services we may issue a refund. The refund amount will take into consideration payment processing fees and how long you have used the service for. After 3 months from the date of purchase, you will be ineligible for a refund.
